To whom it may concern:

   Eric Peterson and I have a very unique relationship.  
When I first started dealing with Eric, I was receiving too
many phone calls and e-mails from Eric, as well as other
vendors.  While I appreciate and can relate to career of a
sales professional, there are certain vendors whom do
not respect the potetential client's request for space.  
Eric is one of these unique account executives, who
learns from and listens to his clients.  By this I mean the
fact that I requested space and he respected my wishes.  
I told him it would be ok if he called me in 90 days and I
didn't hear back from him before 90 days.  This pattern
repeated itself over the next year and a half.  
   After my remodel for the Atlanta store was in progress,
I learned that the project team had ordered all of the
spare toner for my kitchen planner printers from
Redondo Tech.  During the remodel project, I noticed
that we were missing some of the extra toner which was
ordered.  After contacting Eric, it was learned that the
toner had been delivered to another address, instead of
my store location.  Following a few e-mails back and
forth, the replacement toner arrived promptly.  
   The above example and the fact that Eric respects my
opinions and boundaries I set, has persuaded me to be
a repeat customer.  Eric has been quite competetive with
prices, as business needs have changed.  Eric also give
me the "heads up" on possible back orders for a
particular toner.  Every order is prompt and so far to this
day no disappointments or mistakes.  I would
recommend my other colleagues try Eric and see if they
are content.
